2. Delivery Timeframes
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.
3. Courier Partner
We use Aramex Store-to-Door for all deliveries.

- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped

- Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery in real-time.
6. Delays & External Factors (Important)
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

- Remote or outlying delivery areas
Liability Clause:
- Solvique™ is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible
Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
7. Incorrect Address Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
- Solvique™ will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is:
Lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date
- We will investigate with the courier and assist with a resolution
Damaged on arrival:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged package/product
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under the CPA.
9. Delivery Completion
- Delivery is considered complete once the product is delivered to the address provided
- A signature or confirmation from any person at the delivery address will be accepted as proof of delivery
