Solvique™ Shipping Policy (South Africa)

At Solvique™, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery timeframes, courier partners, and responsibilities in accordance with applicable South African laws.


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days after dispatch

Total estimated delivery time: 9–15 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.


3. Courier Partner

We use Aramex Store-to-Door for all deliveries.

  • Reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly indicated

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery in real-time.


6. Delays & External Factors (Important)

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High order volumes
  • Remote or outlying delivery areas

Liability Clause:

  • Solvique™ is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
  • However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.


7. Incorrect Address Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
  • Solvique™ will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is:

Lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date
  • We will investigate with the courier and assist with a resolution

Damaged on arrival:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged package/product

We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under the CPA.


9. Delivery Completion

  • Delivery is considered complete once the product is delivered to the address provided
  • A signature or confirmation from any person at the delivery address will be accepted as proof of delivery
